One Mobile Village

One Mobile Village is a brand we built ourselves from scratch. The idea was to target consumers with mobile phone contracts from 3 leading networks (Orange, Three and T-Mobile). The first thing we did was to develop a brand image - we came up with a corporate image with a warm youthful feel as we knew trust was important and that we would be talking to a young crowd.

After developing the customer profile, brand and image, we embarked upon developing the IT systems to capture the details of the customers. We engaged a host of handset suppliers and arranged for them to drop ship the phones for us. The whole project took 3 months to set up end-to-end. Six months later the company is running to turn over £1m per annum and has over 2,000 customers, with a growth rate of 30%.
